The Court Ordered This Notice – It Is Not From A Lawyer, And You Are Not Being Sued

This is a summary of a proposed Class Action settlement. The Notice tells you how you can object to the settlement or request exclusion from the class if you wish to. If you wish to remain in the class and receive the benefits, as well as being bound by the settlement, you need not do anything and are not required to contact the court or the attorneys.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT

PARTICIPATE IN THE SETTLEMENT

If you want to participate in the settlement, you do not need to do anything.

EXCLUDE YOURSELF

If you do not want to participate, you may exclude yourself no later than June 10, 2024. You will, however, not receive the benefits of the proposed settlement if you choose this option.

OBJECT

If you disagree with the proposed settlement, you can write to the Court about why you do not like the settlement no later than June 10, 2024. However, you must remain in the class, and remain subject to the settlement if approved by the Court over your objection, to make an objection to the proposed settlement.

ATTEND THE HEARING

You are not required to attend any Court hearings. However, you may ask to speak to the Court about the fairness of the settlement at the final approval hearing.
